The federal government can only regulate interstate commerce. Hence an item solely made in a state by product solely from the state and no outside supply was used, and the item is not sold or advertise outside the state, then the item would not be subject to federal regulation. Now what are the odds of that happening? Zilch to zero. Somewhere along the supply chain interstate commerce will take place and the federal government will get involved. Most of them are unconstitutional as it is. However, one thing that the feds really can't touch are the in-state gun companies. I would love to see more of them. That under the 10th is the domain of the state to regulate. If the weapons are made and sold inside the borders of the state and only to state residents its none of the feds damn business. Additionally, I have read all about gun ownership and the 2nd Amendment, and I have come to conclude that the notion that gun control reduces gun violence is an enormous fallacy. If gun ownership were normal or even mandatory, criminals would be inherently more fearful of using violence or intimidation to rob or offend. Yes I do.
